Job summary

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Float Nurse for the day shift. This full-time role involves providing nursing care across assigned units based on resident and staffing needs to ensure consistent, quality care.

You will administer medications, assess residents, and supervise LPNs and CNAs while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing (REQUIRED).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly across units.
• Strong clinical assessment and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Weekend Day Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour

As a Float RN, you'll provide nursing care across assigned units based on resident and staffing needs, helping ensure consistent, quality care throughout our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
