• Responsibilities include: assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care based on established standards and medical regimes; supervising staff; supporting high-quality nursing care; ensuring safety, risk management, infection control, and emergency protocols; and performing duties during hospital emergencies.
• The RN will conduct clinical assessments, deliver direct patient care, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
