Job summary

Health Here is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Float to provide direct clinical patient care across various units. You will assess and plan nursing care, supervise staff, and coordinate patient care within medical protocols while upholding safety and infection control standards.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate with an active RN license and CPR certification. Preferred is a BSN or MSN.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Current state RN license/registration.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care.

• Assessing, planning, and delivering safe, high-quality nursing care based on the nursing process
• Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Coordinating patient care within medical protocols and adhering to safety, risk management, and infection control standards
• Supporting hospital emergency protocols and knowing emergency codes
• Fulfilling all hospital incident command responsibilities during emergencies

Qualifications Include

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current state license or registration to practice as an RN
• CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's)
