Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse for a versatile float pool role across Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Emergency, Oncology, and more.

You will provide patient care on multiple units, float between departments, and gain broad clinical experience while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Accredited nursing degree; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units (Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, Emergency, Oncology, and more).
• Floats between departments to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
