Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospitals of Miamisburg is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate patient care on the medical-surgical unit. You will apply nursing processes, supervise care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan discharge and post-hospitalization needs.

Requirements include RN licensure in the state of Ohio, current BLS, ACLS certification (ACLS must be achieved within 90 days; Charge Nurses require ACLS), and at least 1 year of

Qualifications

• Holds a current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days.
• ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization and community resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning.
• May perform duties as Charge Nurse when assigned.
