About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be the key clinical support in patients' homes, assessing, planning, and providing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your work will promote independence and improve quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans based on patient needs
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions following physician directives
• Maintain accurate documentation complying with regulations
• Lead case conferences and promote teamwork
• Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families
• Advocate for patient dignity and well-being

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)
• Active RN license in MA
• CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of recent experience in relevant settings
• Up-to-date health certificate and TB test
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality
• Fluent in English
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45 per visit, $100 per admission, and $40 per medication administration
