Job summary

Continental Care and Rehabilitation in Butte, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing care team. The role requires an active RN license in Montana or a Compact state and offers shifts from 6am–6pm, 6pm–6am, with PRN options.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develops and ensures the nursing care plan in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff.
• Collaborates with residents, providers, and healthcare team members.
• Records administration of medications.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and state/government compliance.
• Follows procedures for nursing equipment and supplies usage.
• Performs other duties as directed.

$40-$45 dollars per hour plus Retention Bonus up to $10,000.00

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.

• Collaborates with the residents, providers, and members of the healthcare team.

• Records the administration of medication.

• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility.

• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.

• Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

• An active RN license.

• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community preferred.

• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity.

• The ability to work flexible hours.
