Sweetwater Care in Montana is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care for a diverse resident population, including dementia care, rehabilitation, long-term care and hospice services. You must be licensed as an RN in Montana or a Compact state.
This role offers day/night shifts with a retention bonus up to $10,000 and opportunities to grow professionally within a 100-bed facility.

Days: (6am-6pm)
Nights: (6pm-6am)
PRN: All Shifts
$40-$45 dollars per hour plus Retention Bonus up to $10,000.00

Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
Collaborates with the residents, providers, and members of the healthcare team.
Records the administration of medication.
Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility.
Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
Performs other duties as directed.
An active RN license.
Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community preferred.
The desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
The ability to work flexible hours.
