Job summary

Continental Care & Rehabilitation in Butte, MT, a 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, seeks an experienced RN Night Shift Manager to lead clinical operations, ensure safe resident care, and mentor staff.

You will develop nursing care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and uphold safety and procedures. Active Montana RN license and SNF experience required; retention bonus up to $10,000. This on-site role offers stable hours in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Prior RN experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
