Job summary

Ironside Human Resources is assisting a community healthcare facility near Helena, Montana in recruiting a full-time Registered Nurse to join its nursing team. The role involves administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining accurate documentation.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $35.00–$52.00, three 12-hour shifts per week with day and night options, plus night and weekend differentials, a retention bonus up to $20,000, relocation

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required;BSN preferred.
• Montana RN license or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain prior to hire)
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting recovery.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records.
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care while ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities
