As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and ensure the highest standards of nursing practice throughout the facility.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other nursing staff
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in admissions, discharges, care conferences, and resident assessments
Collaborate with healthcare providers, therapists, social services, and family members
Promote resident safety, quality of care, and positive clinical outcomes
Serve as a leader and resource for the nursing team
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Montana
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, subacute care, memory care, or geriatric nursing
Knowledge of care planning, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
