Qualifications And Requirements

• Associate degree, bachelor's degree or RN Diploma required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) – must be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), required within 6 months of employment
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), required within 6 months of employment
• TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred
• Current TN or Multi‑State licensure

Minimum Work Experience

• Six months to one year experience as RN in an emergency setting preferred
