Memorial Home Services is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Lincoln, IL. The role features a weekend-focused schedule (Friday/Saturday overnight 6:30pm-7:00am) with an additional $10/hour premium pay on top of base rate and differential pay.

Requires IL RN licensure and BLS within 30 days; ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC/ECRN is preferred within 1 year and required within 2 years. A $10,000+ sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates and the weekend program offers

Qualifications

• Current RN license in IL
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS (provider or instructor), PALS (provider or instructor) or ENPC, TNCC or TNS, and ECRN certifications preferred within 1 year, and required within 2 years of hire date

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of ED patients in a structured setting using assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Provide care appropriate to the age of patients on the unit

Part time$30.23 - $48.37Registered Nurse (RN) – ED Part-time- 24 hours per week Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Our Weekends only program requires working 50 out of 52 weekend per year and pays an additional $10/hr. premium pay on top of base rate and differential pay. Friday and Saturday Overnight 6:30pm-7:00am. As a Registered Nurse-ED, you will be responsible for the care of a designated group of patients in a structured setting through the appropriate utilization of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her assigned unit. BSN preferred. – Clinical Nurse II: Registered Nurse who achieves a range of 13-24 credits on the Clinical Ladder Behavior Grid with evidence of behaviors from at least two categories of the Grid. BSN preferred. – Clinical Nurse III: Registered Nurse who achieves at least 25 – 35 credits on the Clinical Ladder Behavior Grid with evidence of behaviors from at least three categories on the Grid. BSN required. – Clinical Nurse IV: Registered Nurse who achieves at least 36 credits on the Clinical Ladder with evidence of behaviors from at least three categories on the Grid.
