Job summary

Aspen Valley Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Aspen, CO. You will provide direct patient care across all ages, support treatment plans, and educate families as part of the care team.

Minimum ADN with Colorado RN license is required; BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications are expected or obtainable. The role offers night/weekend differentials and eligibility for AVH programs.

Qualifications

• ADN required and Colorado RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications preferred or obtainable.
• BSN/MSN preferred; 2 years emergency nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for patients of all ages in the Emergency Department.
• Educate patients and families on plan of care and disease management.
• Support treatment plans and clinical decision making with nursing process.

We are currently hiring for a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) within the Emergency Department department here at Aspen Valley Health.**Work Shift:**Rotating - Other**Compensation Range:**$49.67 - $79.47Night and weekend shift differentials up to $10 per hour!*The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.***Requirements:****Minimum Qualifications & Requirements*** Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)* Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date* Basic Life Support (BLS).
