UCHealth in Colorado is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide bedside emergency care in the Emergency Department up to Level 1 trauma designation. The role emphasizes patient safety, evidence-based practice and teamwork with a multidisciplinary staff.

Role & Responsibilities: Provide expert nursing care in the Emergency Department up to level 1 trauma designation, utilizing the nursing process and a multidisciplinary team approach. Prioritize patient safety, evidence-based practice, and wellness. Model proficiency through precepting new staff and contribute to quality care at the point of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience), valid RN licensure, and at least 6 months of RN experience. Certifications include ENPC or PALS, TNCC or ATCN, PALS, Trauma Nurse Core Course, ACLS, and BLS. Ability to work night shifts in an onsite role.
