Job summary

Role Overview:

• Key Responsibilities: Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations; develop and monitor budgets; enforce policies and standards; ensure survey readiness; and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care aligned with established standards; monitor and evaluate care effectiveness; address customer service issues.
• Management & Leadership: Coordinate staffing schedules, guide staff development, participate in hiring and onboarding, and handle employee relations and ethical concerns.
• Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree (Bachelor’s or higher), 3-5 years in Med/Surg and Telemetry, 2+ years in management, current RN license in Arizona, CPR, and ACLS certification. Must demonstrate decision-making, accuracy, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.

Additional Requirements:
