The Clinical Nurse is a registered nurse (RN) who partners with and advocates for patients, families, and significant others to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support, impacting patient outcomes in a safe environment. The RN demonstrates professionalism, promotes excellence, and exercises autonomy in nursing practice. Utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based principles, the RN cares for a diverse caseload within the department's scope of service. The RN serves as a guide, healer, collaborator, teacher, leader, and sentry, collaborating with the inter-professional team. The RN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics, and applicable regulatory standards.

Qualifications
