UC Health is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the emergency department during the night shift at West Chester Hospital.

The Emergency Department Nurse will support West Chester Hospital's ER and Level III Trauma Center, delivering high-quality care based on assessed needs, established standards, and policies.

West Chester Hospital provides access to a large network of specialized physicians and medical providers. It is ranked among the top 5% nationally, offering a Level III Trauma Center and a certified Primary Stroke Center.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate patient care based on nursing principles and standards.
  • Communicate care plans effectively among team members and patients.
  • Involve families in treatment and care processes.

  • Document nursing activities accurately and concisely.
  • Mentor new staff and contribute to professional development.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree; BSc preferred.
