Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience).
• Current RN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to perform under pressure in an onsite environment.

Role

Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, level 1 trauma environment.

Responsibilities

Utilize advanced nursing skills and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care, prioritize patient safety, and contribute to positive outcomes. Model proficiency through precepting new staff and support a multidisciplinary team approach. Ensure compliance with certification standards such as BCEN.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience), current RN licensure, 6 months of RN experience, BLS, and ACLS certification. Ability to perform under pressure in an onsite environment, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
