Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing and triaging medical and mental health concerns, delivering treatments, responding to emergencies, and coordinating follow-up care for youths.
• Complete intake screenings and ongoing health monitoring including evaluations, vital signs, labs, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
• Manage medication administration and pharmacy coordination, processing orders, monitoring medications, maintaining records, and ensuring inventory compliance.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and regulatory compliance through recordkeeping, reporting, care coordination, discharge planning, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate healthcare services, education, and clinical operations by arranging off-site appointments, providing health education, staff training, maintaining supplies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
