Job summary

Mount Airy Nursing and Rehab is seeking an Evening Shift RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and positive outcomes.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Evening Shift RN Nurse to join our team at Mount Airy Nursing and Rehab, one of the nation's largest providers of post-acute care. Our facilities offer a range of services, including skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, long‑term care centers, assisted living communities, independent rehabilitation centers, and long‑term acute care hospitals (LTACH).

About the Role:

As an Evening Shift RN Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients while working evening shifts. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
