Job summary

Countryside Manor in Fremont, OH is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Day Shift to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and work with a supportive team to uphold resident-centered care.

We offer day shift opportunities with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required

Position Summary:

Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for Day Shift to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• Every other weekend required
