Job summary

Countryside Manor Nursing and Rehab Fremont is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will provide direct nursing care, work with a supportive team, and help implement resident care plans.

We offer Day, Evening, and Night shifts with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time RNs, paid within the first year. New graduates are encouraged to apply and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Ohio RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.

• Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership.

Position Summary:
Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift

• Evening Shift

• Night Shift

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available

• Every other weekend required
