Countryside Manor – Fremont, OH is actively seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. You will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working with a supportive team.
We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN options across day, evening and night shifts with every other weekend required. A $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time RNs is paid within the first year along with competitive pay and benefits.
Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans
Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
