This role coordinates patient care, administers medications, supports treatment planning, andmaintainsa safe therapeutic environment. Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: No minimum required.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Utah State Board of Nursing
Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of Joint Commission, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements. CPR certification and successful completion of training in Handle With Care within 90 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
