Care Initiatives in Ottumwa, IA is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care in a 60-bed skilled nursing community. Shifts are 6am to 6pm, with a focus on compassionate, resident-centered care and collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, and adhering to infection control and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Iowa.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Strong commitment to compassionate care and patient well-being.
