Job summary

Valley View Health And Rehabilitation LLC in Huntsville, AL seeks a Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to lead care on the unit during 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You will oversee clinical operations, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and deliver person-centered care to residents.

Position Overview: RN (Day Shift)

The Day Shift RN provides comprehensive nursing care, oversees clinical operations on the unit, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments in compliance with protocols
3. Monitor resident conditions and document changes accuratelyCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
4. Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions
5. Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
6. Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control standards

Qualifications:

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

3. Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
