Job summary

Ardent is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Same Day Surgery Recovery Room in Montclair, NJ. This day shift role involves directing clinical staff and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy hospital setting.

Requirements include an associate degree in nursing, active NJ RN license, and BLS; ACLS preferred or obtainable within three months. Minimum 1 year of RN experience in hospital or ambulatory surgery, English fluency, IV therapy, EKG, and blood specimen

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (required).
• Active NJ State RN license (required).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS (obtainable within the first three months).
• Ability to initiate IV therapy, collect blood specimens, perform point-of-care testing, and EKG.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree in nursing
• Minimum of 1+ years' experience as an RN in a hospital or an ambulatory surgery center
• Active and current NJ State professional Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• ACLS (obtainable within the first three months of employment)
• Ability to initiate IV therapy, blood specimen collection, point of care testing, and perform EKG (skills obtainable within the first three months of employment)
• Position requires fluency in the English language to function in the job environment appropriately.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
