Job summary

Paycom in Blackwell, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Hillcrest facility team. You will follow physician orders, record medical histories, and monitor patients’ condition, notifying physicians as needed.

You’ll administer medications and assist with wound care, while guiding staff to maintain high-quality geriatric care. The ideal candidate holds a current RN license and can navigate state regulations and company policies; a background check is required to ensure patient safety and

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state Registered Nurse License.
• Understand and follow state regulations as well as company policies.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician orders and communicate accurate assessment data to maintain quality of care
• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Monitor/document patients’ change of condition, notify Physician and supervisor
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks
• Provide monitoring/training of staff to maintain quality of care for ALL residents
• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
