Job summary

Image Strategic Partners is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our SNH - Stilwell team in Oklahoma. The RN will follow physician orders, document patient histories, monitor condition changes, and assist with wound care and medication administration to support geriatric residents.

The role emphasizes team training, effective communication with families, and adherence to state regulations and policies. Night shift availability may be required depending on the assignment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state RN license.
• Understand and follow state regulations and company policies.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow Physician orders and communicate accurate assessment data.
• Record a patient’s medical history accurately.
• Monitor/document changes in patient condition and notify physician.
• Administer injections, medications, wound care, and assist with basic tasks.

What Does the RN Do?

• Follow Physician orders and communicate accurate assessment data to maintain quality of care
• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Monitor/document patients’ change of condition, notify Physician and supervisor
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks
• Provide monitoring/training of staff to maintain quality of care for ALL residents
• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions

AND…… Nurses get to utilize many different clinical skills because we service geriatric patients who have needs of wound care, infection control management, IV’s, wound vacs, gastrostomy tubes, medication management, and more!

Requirements

• Have a current state Registered Nurse License.
• Understand and follow State regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.
• Must pass criminal background check.
