Job summary

Stilwell Nursing & Rehab is seeking a responsible RN to provide comprehensive geriatric care, following physician orders, documenting patient histories, and communicating changes in condition to physicians. The role includes administering medications, wound care, IVs, and related tasks while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Follow physician orders and communicate accurate assessment data.
• Record patient medical histories accurately.
• Monitor/document patients' condition changes and notify physician.
• Administer injections, medications, wound care, and related tasks.
• Provide training and supervision to staff to maintain quality of care.
• Communicate with patients' families to provide guidance and release instructions.
