Job summary

Bethesda Health Group in Clayton, MO seeks a registered nurse to accurately assess residents' health status on admission and during care. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and the IDT to create dynamic, evidence-based care plans and document them thoroughly.

You'll provide nursing interventions, manage medications, and participate in SBARR communications to keep stakeholders informed while maintaining compassionate, high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of work.
• CPR/AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses residents' health status on admission and ongoing.
• Develops and revises dynamic care plans with IDT members.
• Documents the care plan, interventions, and regulations clearly.
• Uses SBARR to notify physicians of significant changes.
• Maintains timely, accurate documentation of care and interventions.
