EF Senior Care, the leading Senior Living Management/Consulting firm in MA, is expanding and hiring Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Consultants to assist our teams with compliance audits in SNFs and ALs throughout the Commonwealth. Part-time and per diem positions are available immediately. Excellent salary.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Consultant

Knowledge of current DPH long-term care regulations for nursing homes and/or EOEA regulations for Assisted Living, as well as prior experience or knowledge of current COVID compliance guidelines. We will provide clinical oversight and supervision as required for each assignment. Individual assignments occur on weekdays at different client facilities.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of current DPH guidelines for survey compliance in SNF and/or AL communities (EOEA)
• Ability to relate well to SNF and/or AL staff and interact positively during engagements
• Excellent assessment, evaluation, and policy review skills with recommendations for improvement
• Strong writing skills to prepare concise reports summarizing issues, actions, and follow-up plans
• Ability to work independently and engage effectively in a COVID environment
• Willingness to travel within the state as required
• Adaptability to different environments and assignment changes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; RN license required in Massachusetts
• Certification in Infection Control Prevention preferred
• Current Massachusetts Continuing Education (CE) requirements
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience, including at least 1 year in a long-term care environment and 1 year in an instructional role preferred
• Reimbursed travel across MA required
