Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking an RN Clinical Manager for our Home Health Services to lead clinical operations and patient care initiatives. This role focuses on oversight, coordination, and adherence to standards to ensure high-quality service.

The position emphasizes leadership, team development, and the effective use of MatrixCare technology to streamline workflows and reporting in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years RN experience (preferred).
• At least one year of Home Health experience (preferred).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical oversight of patient care services.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions with internal and external sources.
• Evaluate patient needs and agency capabilities before admission.
• Supervise care planning, partner assignments, and care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
• Mentor and coach clinical staff to promote morale and retention.
