The Registered Nurse at Tanner-Health-1 in Carrollton, GA performs nursing functions and supervises RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the delivery of care, following the state nurse practice act. The nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements care, and evaluates outcomes.

External hires with two years of RN experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus. Licensure must include a Georgia RN License or Multistate License and CPR certification; ACLS, NRP, and PALS timing

• Healthcare Provider (CPR) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab.


• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D


• PALS within on year of hire in PACU


• NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
