Job summary

Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager for the NICU to lead day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care setting in California.

The role requires NICU management experience, CA RN license, ADN, BLS, and NRP certifications, and a minimum of 3 years NICU clinical experience. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential for patient safety and program success.

Qualifications

• Recent NICU Clinical Manager or Charge RN experience.
• Current CA RN license, ADN degree, BLS, and NRP certifications.
• At least 3 years of NICU clinical experience.
• Leadership skills and demonstrated clinical competence.

Responsibilities

• Investigating and resolving patient, visitor, staff, and physician concerns promptly and effectively.
• Responding to emergencies and providing leadership during crises.
• Ensuring staff performance evaluations, orientation, licensure, and continuing education are current and compliant.

• Supporting hospital programs such as risk management, safety, and infection control.
• Monitoring supply costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and assisting in strategic planning.
• Maintaining current knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory standards.
• Fostering a collaborative, positive environment and ensuring effective communication with staff and leadership.
