Qualifications

FLSA: Non-exempt

Education: Completion of an Associate Degree from a School of Nursing; or a Batchelor Degree from a school of nursing

License: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky or a current compact multistate RN license . Certification in area of specialty preferred.

Certifications: CPR certification required; ACLS & PALS w/in 6 months of hire.

Supervises and mentors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
Determines staffing level and assignments based on staff availability, staff abilities, census, patient acuity and work/patient flow.

May take patient assignments to meet staffing needs.
