RN Charge (Team Lead)
Provides nursing leadership for a specific shift and unit/area.
Reports to: Director of PCU
FLSA: Non-exempt
Education: Completion of an Associate Degree from a School of Nursing
License: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky or a current RN compact or multistate license.
Certifications: CPR certification required; ACLS & PALS within 6 months of hire. Certification in area of specialty preferred.
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
