Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Charge Nurse for our Rehabilitation Services Unit. Jefferson Regional Rehabilitation Services Unit is a 40-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility where compassionate care, teamwork, and patient-centered recovery are at the heart of everything we do. As a Charge Nurse, you will lead and support a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs) in delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant care to patients working toward regaining strength, independence, and quality of life.
In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, oversee documentation accuracy and compliance, and coordinate staff assignments based on patient needs and acuity. Working alongside a collaborative and supportive team, you will help foster an environment of open communication, professional growth, and excellence in patient care.
