Accura HealthCare of Tekamah is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to lead the clinical team on one or more units. You will direct daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care in compliance with state laws and facility policies.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has knowledge of long-term care regulations, and brings leadership experience. The role offers day shifts (6am-6pm) on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis with competitive hourly pay and shift

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state with no restrictions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and LTC regulations.
• Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (preferred).
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Charge Nurse, you will provide nursing leadership to the clinical team assigned to one or more units, and directing the overall operations of the clinical team to ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state‑specific license.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long‑term care facility.
• Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC). (Preferred)
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
