Accura HealthCare of Sioux City is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Charge Nurse to lead the clinical team and promote the well-being of residents and staff. The role focuses on nursing leadership, ensuring high-quality care, and fostering a positive care environment.

The Charge Nurse will supervise the clinical team, coordinate daily operations across shifts, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards while supporting staff development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• RN license current with applicable state, without restrictions, and ability to obtain a state-specific license.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in long-term care.
• Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC) is preferred.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Shift Differential: $2.00/hr.-Overnights
• Full-Time or Part-Time Days (6a-2:30p), Nights (10p-6:30a), Considering 12-hr. Shifts
