AccentCare in Michigan is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide compassionate nursing care focused on comfort and dignity for hospice patients and their families, working Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-call rotation.
You will collaborate with physicians and care colleagues to create and carry out care plans, perform comprehensive assessments, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate across disciplines to ensure continuity of care.

Pay: $80000 - $86000 , based on experience
