Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in King of Prussia, PA to join our interdisciplinary team. The RN will provide compassionate nursing care, support patients and families, and develop care plans to ensure comfort and dignity in hospice settings.

The role offers weekday hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
