Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida to join an interdisciplinary care team.

You’ll provide compassionate nursing care, support patients and families, and help develop and carry out care plans, while practicing at the top of your license with organizational backing. This full‑time, Monday–Friday role offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
