White Glove Placement New York is seeking a Registered Nurse in a 13-week travel assignment in Bronx, NY. You will support inpatient discharge planning and care coordination, working Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with 37.5 hours per week.

Ideal candidates hold an active NY RN license, BSN, BLS, PRI, and SCREEN certifications, plus 1 year of inpatient case management experience. Prior critical care is preferred and you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Job description

Take on a rewarding 13-week Travel RN opportunity supporting inpatient discharge planning and care coordination in a Level II acute care setting. This role is ideal for an experienced Case Management RN who can work independently, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and manage a diverse inpatient caseload.

Position Details

Requirements

• Active NY RN License

• BSN required

• SCREEN Training certification required

• Minimum 1 year of inpatient Case Management experience required

• Prior critical care experience preferred

• Knowledge of inpatient discharge planning and making appropriate referrals

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team

• Strong critical-thinking, organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Knowledge of CarePort, MCG, and/or InterQual preferred
