Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments evaluating physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
