Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks an RN specialized in the Cardiac Cath Lab to deliver professional nursing care in an assigned unit. You will coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and provide bedside care using the nursing process, while supervising staff and evaluating practice quality.

Ideal candidates hold an AZ (or compact) license with ADN/BSN preferred and current ACLS and BLS certifications, ready to support compassionate patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in AZ or compact state with valid standing.
• ADN or BSN preferred; hospital experience preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care planning with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide age-specific bedside nursing care using the nursing process.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to healthcare team members.
• Evaluate quality and effectiveness of nursing practices.
• Participate in hourly patient rounding and observe safety guidelines.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in the Cardiac Cath Lab to provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit.

• Responsibilities include: coordinating care planning with multidisciplinary teams, delivering individualized, age-specific bedside care based on the nursing process, supervising and delegating tasks to healthcare team members, and evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practices.
• Additional duties: participating in hourly patient rounding, observing safety guidelines, and potentially serving as shift supervisor.

Key Skills And Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent customer service, and basic computer proficiency.
• Preferred experience in CVICU, ICU, or a minimum of two years in Cardiac Stepdown.

Education, Licensure, And Certifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, with an ADN or BSN preferred.
• Valid and in-good-standing nursing license (AZ or compact).
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS.
