Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cath Lab to join our team. This full-time days role offers growth opportunities and a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will perform patient care in a fast-paced lab, participate in EP, structural heart, IR and surgical cases, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or Compact state with Arizona endorsement.
• ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in the Cath Lab to optimize safety and outcomes.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans with daily evaluation of effectiveness.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status to the care team and family.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for transfers, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial support.

How you'll contributeA Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

• Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
• Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluation overall plan daily for effectiveness.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, provider, patient and family following chain of command as appropriate.
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
• Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required
• Experience: Critical care such as ICU, ER, Flight preferred. Cath Lab experience required.
