Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, invites a Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab to join the team. This full-time, days position offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for eligible candidates and a Monday-Friday schedule with on-call rotation (14 days in a row) and only two holidays per year.

As an RN in the Cath Lab, you will provide patient care, monitor status, and collaborate with the care team on core peri-procedural tasks.

Qualifications

• Arizona or Compact State RN license with AZ endorsement.
• Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required.
• Cath Lab experience in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of patient care in Cath Lab to optimize safety.
• Monitors patient status and communicates changes to the care team.
• Coordinates transfers, discharge planning, and family communication.
• Collaborates across disciplines for optimal patient outcomes.

How You'll Contribute

A Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

• Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
• Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluation overall plan daily for effectiveness.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, provider, patient and family following chain of command as appropriate.
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
• Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required
• Experience: Critical care such as ICU, ER, Flight preferred. Cath Lab experience required.
