Job summary

Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab to join our high-performing team. You will perform patient care in the Catheterization Laboratory, support EP studies and interventional procedures, and collaborate with physicians and RNs to ensure safety and excellent outcomes.

This full-time daytime role offers growth opportunities, a schedule Monday-Friday with on-call rotations, a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for eligible

Responsibilities

• Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
• Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluation overall plan daily for effectiveness.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, provider, patient and family following chain of command as appropriate.
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
